• Project details — the type of work you need, your timeline, whether you own the home, and anything you tell us in a message.
• How you found us — for example, a referral partner or an ad.

We collect this information through the contact form on this website, through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram ads, and when you call, text, or email us.

• To contact you about your project and schedule your estimate.
• To prepare quotes, perform the work, and follow up afterward.
• To answer your questions and provide customer service.
• To understand which of our ads and web pages are working so we can improve them.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example, our website host and database, our estimating and scheduling software, and email or phone services — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also receives that information and handles it under its own privacy policy.

This website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and see which pages and forms people use. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can decline analytics cookies using the banner on this site, block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide estimates and services, keep business and tax records, and honor any warranty on our work. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to people who need it.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
